Privacy notice
This notice explains what Utilities Demand collects through this site and what we do with it. We kept it short because there is not much to say.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. We collect nothing else through the form.
Why we collect it
We use those details for one purpose: to answer the request you sent us. That may mean a reply to your message and, if you ask for it, a buyer load survey for your firm. We do not add you to any list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we can see the history if you write again, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are read by the people at Utilities Demand who handle your request. We never sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Its typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it requests a file.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to katherine.carter@utilitiesdemand.co, or send the request through the contact form. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
